I am a research scientist at Granica working on large-scale machine learning.
Previously, I was an Applied Scientist at AWS AI, where I delivered solutions for real-world problems across multiple products, including online adaptive modeling and optimization for Redshift query scaling prediction, large-scale unstructured data QA for Amazon Quick, code-generation agents (Text-to-SQL/CLI) for SageMaker and Amazon Ads.
I obtained my PhD in Computer Science at University of California, Irvine, advised by Prof. Stephan Mandt. Prof. Padhraic Smyth, Prof. Maja Waldron, and Prof. Marius Kloft also provided valuable feedback on my research.
Before, I got my master degree from New York University, where I worked with Prof. Rajesh Ranganath and Prof. Yao Wang. I got my bachelor degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and I also worked closely with Prof. Dong Wang at Tsinghua University.
